All of your parts are welcome here
I specialize in supporting queer, neurodivergent adults who are tired of masking, people-pleasing, and feeling like they’re too much and not enough all at once. My approach is trauma-informed, anti-pathologizing, and rooted in the belief that your symptoms are not failures, but survival strategies for a dehumanizing system. I help clients rewrite unhelpful narratives, reconnect with their inner wisdom, and build more joyful lives through an anti-racist, decolonizing lens. As a lesbian woman with ADHD, raised in the Bible Belt, I bring lived experience, curiosity, and compassion to the work. Therapy isn’t about fixing what’s broken, it’s about coming home to yourself.
